We are grateful to Our Heavenly Father for allowing us to see another day, and another Month in 2012!
Why has He allowed us to live to see another day, let alone another month? God has a plan for our lives that we have yet to accomplish. What is it that He has called you to do? Are you doing it? Are you working your spiritual gifts for the edifying of the kingdom? Are you giving and living the way that you should? Are you encouraging other believers, and sharing your faith with those who don’t believe or just don’t know who Jesus is? Whatever gifts you have been given, whatever you are doing for the kingdom, I have a question for you, “Are you just making a lot noise?” The Bible says in “ If I speak in tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal “ (1 Corinthians 13: 1 (NIV).
February is considered the “Love Month.” As He allows us to live, we ought to LOVE more. We must show His love to those who believe they are unlovable. We must ask God to forgive us, and forgive others. We must repent and turn away from that “thing or person” that is keeping us from getting close to God. We must step out of our “comfort zones” and move into where God wants us to be. When we move where He wants us to be (in His will and His way), we are fully guaranteed that He will protect us, provide for us. When we are in His will, we can witness to others about the great love God has for the world. He loved us so much that HE gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3: 16) NOW, THAT’S LOVE!
